Making me believe you’re always right

I’ve given up my family and friends for you

Just to avoid another boisterous fight

Mentally I am totally exhausted

And you don’t seem to give a damn

I’ve been taken from everyone I love

I’ve even been stripped of who I am



Someday I will find the strength I need

To break free and clear of you

So I can be who I once was

And family and friends ties I will renew

I have decided today is your last day

Of controlling my destiny
