Don't Change MY Country

So you don’t like the way we run
MY country
You say it all makes you want to heave
Well I am one proud Canadian that will say
If you don’t like it then just leave
Since you all have come here
You’ve have changed the way we live
You come to MY country with NOTHING
And all you want us to do is GIVE
I am tired of giving up the things
That we have fought and died to keep
Maybe if you all would shut your mouths
Then we all could get some sleep
You don’t like that we are
Christians
Because that is not what you believe
Well I’ve said it once and will say it again
If you don’t like it, then just leave
Things can't be all that great in your
country
Otherwise you would still be there
So you come here and take MY God from public places
And you’ve stripped all schools from their prayer
What has happened to our great country?
We no longer have a say
It’s happening here in Canada
And going on in the U.S.A.
I am all for multi-cultures here
But they must respect and obey our laws
Stop trying to take away the way we live
Just because you believe you have a cause
We can all live in this country
In peace and harmony
Just keep your beliefs to yourselves
And don’t try to pawn them off on me
