Have you ever given a second thought
About the clothes, that you donate
To goodwill centers in your town
Which, Im sure they appreciate
You give them your used clothing
Which in turn, they try to sell
To helpless and needy families
And some of them you may know well
You offer, big appliances and radios
Even one-piece bathing suits
Jeans and dresses just your size
And even cowgirl leather boots
Curling irons and mix masters
Can also be found there
Theres something there for everyone
If you have a buck to spare

Dang, I even saw a wedding dress
The sales tag read, "Worn only once"
That brought a chuckle to my face
Thinking, "Now this gal, was no dunce"
I saw sexy negligees and old granny gowns
Gaudy shoes, colored a sickly blue
There was even a unicycle
And a bike that was built for two
So keep donating your used items
Because I do have a little dough
And I might just find something I like
To wear in the fashion show
God best you people who donate
Youve joined the ranks of the elite
One day, you may see me in your town
Just sauntering down your street.
